Prices are for rental of the villa per week, NOT per person. Daily rates are available on request.
Rental includes electricity, water, air conditioning, local, long distance and international telephone calls, the use of TV's, DVD players, Playstation 2 and games, walkie talkies, bed linen, towels, crib/cot, high chair, buggy/stroller, security safes, all laundry facilities and kitchen facilities. Sales and Tourist taxes of 11% are included in all rates.
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional charge as detailed above.
Booking:
Prices are subject to change without notice. £150 / $250 per week deposit confirms the booking, once the deposit is paid the price is fixed.
Cleaning:
For stays of seven (7) nights or more there is no charge for your end of stay clean. Stays of less than seven (7) nights will incur a cleaning charge of £60 / $90.

Security Deposit:
A £200 / $350 refundable security deposit is required with the final payment; this will be returned within 30 days of completion of your stay, following a satisfactory inspection by the management company. Final payment is due ten (10) weeks before your arrival date.
Discounting:
As a general rule we do not discount our prices. We may at our discretion offer discounts for late availability, to fill gaps in our rental calendar or for stays of 3 weeks or more.
We are proud of our home, and charge a fair rate, which we feel reflects the quality of the accommodation we provide and offers great value for money.
